How long does it take to create a Reel?
Between 2 and 5 minutes for a classic Reel. A 100% AI Reel (video Storyboard) usually takes 10 to 20 minutes depending on the engine. The image studio and voice are near-instant.
Do my characters stay consistent between Reels?
Yes. Once generated, a character is stored in your studio and reusable identically. You can vary the pose, scene or outfit without breaking the visual identity.
Can I hook this into my n8n / Make / Zapier?
Yes. API access is included in the Business plan: up to 5 API keys, perfect for driving Viffly from n8n, Make or Zapier.
What is a credit?
One credit ≈ one generation action. A classic Reel uses between 5 and ~20 credits depending on length and quality. 100% AI video is billed by duration and engine (~30 credits for a 5s clip). The cost is shown before you launch.
Do you keep my videos? Do you use them to train a model?
Your content remains your property and we never use it to train models. Your files are stored on our servers in Europe; AI generations are processed by our cloud providers (Alibaba Cloud, fal.ai…). You can delete your account and content from settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click from your dashboard. No commitment period, no cancellation fees. Your remaining credits stay usable until the end of the current month.
