Terms of Service

Viffly.app is a SaaS platform for the automatic generation of short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), published by Lumatech MA LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, operating in Morocco under the name BrightCore SARL.

By creating an account or using Viffly.app, you accept these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy.

• Valid email address and secure password required
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• One account per individual or legal entity
• Google OAuth sign-up available, subject to the same terms
• Minimum age: 16 years

• Credits : Each AI operation consumes credits. Monthly credits renew on the 1st of the month (no rollover).
• Packs : Extra credits via one-time payment. They never expire.
• Payment : Handled by Stripe. Prices in EUR. VAT applied where applicable.
• Cancellation : From Settings. Access maintained until the end of the period.
• Refund : EU right of withdrawal: 14 days if no credit has been used. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for the content you upload (copyright, image rights)
• Videos stored on AWS S3 Paris, automatically deleted after 7 days (GDPR)
• Uploaded files deleted within 24 hours

Any breach may lead to account suspension without notice or refund.

We aim for 24/7 availability without a 100% guarantee. In the event of prolonged unavailability (>24 consecutive hours), paying subscribers may request a proportional credit.

Lumatech cannot be held liable for indirect damages, the artistic quality of AI videos, the consequences on social networks, or the availability of third-party services.

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR + Law 09-08).

The Viffly.app platform, its code, design, templates and trademarks are the exclusive property of Lumatech MA LTD.

We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of your country apply.

Amicable resolution is preferred. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca.
